How Sakeon collects, uses, and protects information from visitors, prospects, and customers.
Last updated: August 2026
This policy applies to visitors of sakeon.com, prospects who submit a demo request, and customers who use the Sakeon platform under a commercial agreement. It does not cover data processed inside a customer's own self-hosted Sakeon deployment. That data stays on the customer's infrastructure and is governed by the customer's own policies and the terms of their agreement with Sakeon.
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit directly: name, work email, company, company size, and anything you write in a message field. Our website does not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic, aggregated technical logs (such as page requests) may be retained by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our demo-request form processor) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We retain demo-request and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. This includes rights available under frameworks such as the UAE's PDPL and other applicable regional data-protection laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted to us. See our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure page for how to report a security concern.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
